Premier Screening & Verification Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides employment screening, drug and alcohol testing, fingerprinting, DNA testing, and related verification services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, background screening, I-9 verification support, ink fingerprinting, DNA testing (legal and non-legal), and related employment screening services to businesses, organizations, individuals, and families. Services are performed at our office, on-site at client locations, or through mobile collection, as scheduled.
Results are provided for informational and employment-screening purposes. Certain services, such as non-legal DNA testing, are not intended for use in legal proceedings; legal testing follows the required chain-of-custody procedures.
2. Appointments and scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. Mobile, after-hours, and emergency services are subject to availability and may carry additional fees, which will be communicated before the service is performed.
3. Payments
Prices are listed on our website or quoted directly. Online payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Payment confirms your purchase of the selected service. Because our services involve reserved staff time, laboratory processing, and third-party costs, refunds are handled as follows:
- Services cancelled before collection or testing begins may be refunded, less any costs already incurred.
- Once a specimen has been collected, testing has begun, or a report has been delivered, the service is non-refundable.

4. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including donor or applicant identification details. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.
5. SMS communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages, such as appointment scheduling and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. See our Messaging Privacy Policy for details.
6. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Screening & Verification Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
